Task Forward is a private personal automation application operated for the sole use of its owner.

Task Forward may access Google account data required to provide its functionality, including:
- Google Tasks data
- Gmail functionality required to send email messages
Task Forward only requests access to the Google services and permissions necessary for its intended operation.
How Information Is Used
Google user data is used solely to:
- read and process tasks;
- maintain synchronization state;
- send reminder or task-related email messages; and
- operate and troubleshoot the application.
Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, marketing, or any unrelated purpose.
Data Sharing
Task Forward does not sell, rent, or disclose Google user data to third parties.
Data may be transmitted to Google APIs as required to use Google Tasks and Gmail services.
Data Storage
Task Forward may store limited application state and OAuth credentials on the server where the application is operated.
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect stored credentials and application data from unauthorized access.
Data Retention
Application data is retained only for as long as necessary to operate Task Forward.
Stored OAuth credentials and local application data may be deleted when the application is no longer used.
Revoking Access
Access to Google account data can be revoked at any time through the security settings of the associated Google Account.
Revoking access will prevent Task Forward from continuing to use the affected Google services.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application's functionality or data handling changes. The current version will be published on this website.
