These Terms of Use apply to Task Forward, a private personal automation application.

Purpose

Task Forward is intended to automate personal task processing and email reminders using services provided by Google.

The application is not offered as a public or commercial service.

Authorized Use

Task Forward is intended solely for use by its owner or other persons explicitly authorized by the owner.

Unauthorized access to or use of the application is prohibited.

Third-Party Services

Task Forward relies on third-party services, including Google Tasks, Gmail, and Google APIs.

Use of those services is also subject to Google's applicable terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations.

Task Forward has no control over changes, interruptions, or restrictions imposed by third-party services.

Availability

Task Forward is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

There is no guarantee that the application will operate continuously, deliver every reminder, synchronize every task, or remain compatible with third-party services.

No Warranty

To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranties are provided regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness of Task Forward for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Task Forward should not be relied upon for critical, emergency, legal, medical, financial, safety-related, or other time-sensitive notifications.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for loss or damage resulting from missed notifications, delayed processing, third-party service failures, data loss, or interruption of the application.

Privacy

Use of Google account information is described in the Task Forward Privacy Policy.

Changes

These Terms may be updated if the application's functionality, operation, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this website.
